A Moment of Togetherness and Collaboration
On December 8, 2023, NAGOYA held a meaningful gathering event at the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, West Java. This event was not just an ordinary meeting, but a forum to strengthen relationships between teams, share experiences, and strengthen the spirit of collaboration amidst ever-growing challenges.
The event participants were treated to fresh air and calming views, creating an ideal atmosphere for resting and reflecting.
The event began with a warm welcome from NAGOYA leaders, who provided an overview of the company’s achievements during 2023 and the strategic direction it will take in the future. Then, the event continued with various team building games sessions designed to improve communication and collaboration between participants. In an atmosphere full of laughter and togetherness, participants supported each other, making this activity not only fun, but also strengthening team bonds.
The gathering ended with the announcement of the game winners, a photo session, and a friendly meal together.
